Firefox vsYoutube: A battle of power.

Since my Windows 8.1 joyride, I have been using Firefox ESR as a secondary browser, the keyword being secondary, and the main reason for that is the fact that Youtube takes a lot of my computer resources to play videos at 720p, let alone 1080p (full hd), and as soon as I switch to a Chromium based web browser, there are no issues so far, no lag, no stutter, no slow loading, anything, so when I saw the Louis Rossman video about the slow speeds on Youtube while using Firefox, I was not surprised at all, my name is Charles Redstone and today we will take a look at the Youtube and Chromium monopoly, or better said, the reason why Youtube is running horribly bad on Firefox, take a sit and lets get started.

There is a simple reason: Google Chrome

You see, since Google Chrome launched, it was a pretty decent alternative to Firefox, however, Google doesn’t want a piece of the cake, they want the entire bakeshop for them, and so, they started buying the market in weird and mysterious ways, you may not believe me but this is completely true, they started pushing Chromium as the “best browser” engine for companies like Opera, Brave and Microsoft (this one killing completely Internet Explorer and Edge engines), so the only competitors of Chromium left in 2024 as browsers and engines are Firefox and Safari, however, Google started doing bad things, for example, in…
